See what is common about all these? They all attempt to play on your emotions,
trying to get you to make a snap decision so you can line their pockets with
cash. Every one of these are crimes against logic, trying to gain your trust at
lightspeed. If you do not think and get pulled in by your emotions, you'll make
a split second business decision you'll come to regret. Let me ask you another
question.....Do any of those subject lines appear to offer a LIFETIME of growing
income? Highly unlikely. All the opportunities behind those headlines will be gone
in 5 years or much sooner.
Pay CLOSE attention to the following facts...
1. There is no such thing as "get rich quick" in the business world
Have I still got your attention? Good! Read on...
99.9% of the business opportunity e-mails you receive daily are scams, pyramids,
ponzi, matrix schemes, etc. Nearly all are illegal by the guidelines set by the FTC.
If you don't believe me, read the guidelines produced by the FTC here.
That's right, even these programs you see on the internet fall into the MLM category.
They name it differently, often times calling it a "X by X" matrix or forced matrix.
If you see any words such as matrix, levels, pyramid or similar AND they do not
offer a high quality product line that a large segment of the general public wants
and/or needs...turn and run the other way as fast as you can. If they are Internet ONLY
based, the risk for scams rises exponentially. The only people getting rich are those
that started it and maybe a few of the first comers. The rest of the average Joes will
do good to break even and many will lose money. Don't go there!
Now that you know the truth, what do you do if you want to generate supplemental
income or, perhaps, work your own business full time eventually? It comes down to
attitude and work ethic. Yes, it takes a positive attitude AND a strong work ethic to

you believe it's Network Marketing? I know, you're scratching your head wondering
how that's possible given what I have already said. Did you read the FTC guidelines

base? How much is the investment to join the plan? Is there a minimum monthly sales
commitment to earn a commission? Will you be required to recruit new distributors to
earn your commission?"

deciding to join a program of ANY kind. This is called "doing your homework".
Luke 14:28 says "For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down
first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?" In this context we
could substitute the word "business" for "tower" and the meaning is the same.
